Debra received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California Lutheran College in Thousand Oaks, California, and was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from University of California-San Francisco Hastings College of the Law. Debra was admitted to the State Bar of California in November 1984. Along with her estate planning work, she has been employed in various legal fields, including counsel for a number of public entities. In addition, she is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and in the Federated States of Micronesia. Debra is highly experienced in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, and conservatorships.
