Mary Ann McQueen attended San Jose City College, West Valley Community College and San Jose State University. She earned a Certificate in Legal Assistant Studies from San Jose State University in 1987. She also successfully completed the National Association of Legal Assistants’ Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) examination in 1987, concentrating in the areas of probate, real estate, contracts and civil litigation.
